Please contact us for further details or to make a reservation for the 3 bedroom holiday apartment in Burriana.
THE BOOKING PROCESS
Once we know your preferences, we will check availability and send you a provisional booking
confirmation via e-mail. A provisional booking means that we will hold the apartment for you for five
working days during which time we expect to receive your deposit (equivalent to 25% of the
rental). You will receive booking confirmation via e-mail, therefore it is important to give us your correct email address.
The full balance, plus a EURO 100 damages deposit (refundable within 14 days after rental period),
will need to be paid in full 1 calendar month prior to your arrival.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT TIMES
The rental period runs from Saturday to Saturday, check out by 10am, check in after 4pm.
It may be possible to arrange an earlier check in, please
contact us for details.
Alternate rental periods may be possible, subject to avaliablility.
Keys can be collected from the entrance key safe. Details will be given upon
booking confirmation.
DISCOUNTS
Discounts may apply for stays longer than 7 nights or multiple bookings.
CANCELLATIONS
Reservations can be cancelled with no charge if made in writing
via e-mail 1 month or more prior to
the date of arrival.
GUESTS AND CODE OF CONDUCT
Any guests in the apartment must be those named and must not exceed the number stated. Disregarding
these conditions may lead to the immediate termination of the contract without a refund. Guests
are expected to maintain a "good neighbourly" code of conduct avoiding excessive loud music,
noise and other behaviour which may disturb the other neighbours and residents.
DEPOSIT / DILAPIDATIONS
The deposit (mentioned above) is of course refundable if no damages have been incurred.
AND FINALLY....
We cannot be responsible for bad weather, your illness, changes in travel plans or travel delays.
We would therefore strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance before departure.
